In September 2017, the Otsego County Board of Representatives adopted a new Agriculture and Farmland Protection Plan. Along with the plan, an Ag and Farmland Protection Plan Implementation Committee (AFPPIC) was formed and an Implementation Specialist was hired to oversee the progress of the plan. In the summer of 2018, Farm, Source, Thrive, Otsego was born as a brand to represent the plan and all of its various projects and programs.
In an effort to help our farmers better market their products and make accessing local products easier for our residents, we have teamed up with WhatsGood to create the Source Otsego Mobile App.
