4-H Public Presentation Training

  • Saturday, January 20, 2018, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

A key for succeeding in this world is being able to have your voice heard.

4-H provides an opportunity for youth to learn this valuable skill through public presentations.A 4-H public presentation is showing and telling somebody else how to do something that you ALREADY KNOW HOW TO DO!This can be from a 4-H project or activity that you have taken or are taking this 4-H year, or it can be a special interest that you have. Giving a public presentation can help you to grow as an individual, think and talk before a group of people, and gain poise and self-confidence.

*Public Presentation Training for leaders and members is scheduled for Saturday, January 20, from 9-Noon. at the CCE Extension Center.Registration deadline is January 12.
*Public Presentation Day is set for February 10, from 9-Noon, atSUNY Cobleskill.Registration is required by February 3.
