Food Preservation Specialists, Jan Ryder and Leslie Rigley will be presenting 12 Steps to Successful Canning. Join us for a hands-on workshop that covers Boiling Water Canning for high acid foods and Pressure Canning for low acid foods.  

Space is limited. Cost is $20 per person, including all materials and supplies; payable in advance to reserve your space!
