4-H Leaders…MARK the Date! 

4-H Club Reorganization Meeting  

This is the ONE required meeting for each 4-H Club/Organizational Leader.  At this meeting each    4-H Club will receive their Club packet and updates for the new 4-H year. Thursday, August 22 is the main meeting WITH the bonus of a special door prize and Sundaes.

Several leaders asked for an option of having a 4-H Club reorganization meeting at the County Fair on Sunday.  There was a favorable response to this request.  Sunday, August 4, 4 p.m. in Martin Hall I will host the option of an onsite Reorganization meeting at County Fair.This meeting will be limited in prizes and sundaes; but, Leader packets and information will be ready!

It is preferable to have the designated Organizational Leader attend this meeting; however, if the Organizational Leader is not available a responsible 4-H Leader or 4-H Parent can attend the meeting with the understanding they will share the information with the Organizational Leader.
