Be a part of the Schoharie County 4-H Team
Jr. Iron Chef is a competition for teams of regional middle and high school students to develop healthy recipes using a combination of colorful fruits and vegetables and USDA/Commodity Foods that could be realistically prepared in a school cafeteria.
Each team will develop and execute one recipe to be judged by an expert panel on Saturday, March 30, 2019 at SUNY Cobleskill, Champlin Hall, Cobleskill, NY
Jr. Iron Chef is sponsored by SUNY Cobleskill, the Bassett Research Institute 5-2-1-0, NYS Creating Healthy Schools and Communities, and the Rural Health Education Network of Schoharie, Otsego and Montgomery counties (RHENSOM)
