Join our nutrition educator, Kimberly, for a 6-week series of classes to learn about both the "why" of eating healthy and the "how". One hour a week includes a nutrition lesson and time for a cook-along dish.
In each class you can choose to cook alone and prepare something for lunch that day. Each recipe will be easy to prepare using typical kitchen tools and affordable ingredients.
The main recipe for each week will be shared in advance and recipes generally make 4-6 servings. Companion recipes will also be sent. Please note that the companion recipes may NOT be part of the cook-along.
The classes are free for all participants, but you need to provide the ingredients and kitchen. All ages welcome, children to seniors. Reliable wi-fi connection is recommended.
