Join our nutrition educator, Kimberly, for a 6-week series of classes to learn about both the "why" of eating healthy and the "how". One hour a week includes a nutrition lesson and time for a cook-along dish.
COOK-ALONG + NUTRITION LESSON:
Prepare easy recipes using typical kitchen tools and affordable ingredients. Have something healthy and delicious ready to eat at the end of the hour.
RECIPES + COMPANION RECIPES:
The recipe for each week will be shared in advance so you'll have plenty of time to purchase ingredients. The recipes generally make 4-6 servings.
The classes are free, supportive, fun and interactive. You provide the ingredients and kitchen.
