Dairy Discovery 2026

The annual Dairy Discovery program provides New York youth with fun, hands-on science-oriented learning experiences in dairy production and management topics that feature the unique facilities, industry professionals, and staff at Cornell University.
This year’s focus will be on Milk and Milk Quality.
Youth are 14-19 years of age as of January 1, 2026, are eligible to attend. Registration is limited to the first 65 individuals enrolled on or before March 21, 2026, whichever comes first.
There is a $50 fee per youth participant and 4-H scholarships are available!
