What's for Lunch

What's for Lunch?

Need cooking tips? On a budget? Not sure where to start in your goal of eating healthier?

Join us for a 4-6 week series of free, interactive, hands-on fun in a supportive setting!

In each class we’ll prepare a delicious, healthy, affordable dish while learning practical nutrition information you can use immediately at home. We offer classes in our offices in Cobleskill, Oneonta, and Cooperstown, in partner spaces throughout Schoharie and Otsego Counties, and some series are set up using Zoom so you can join us from the comfort of your own home. Make it even more fun: grab your spouse, friend, or neighbor and enroll in our group classes. Can’t make our scheduled times? One-on-one sessions are also available.

This program is geared towards adults and seniors who don’t have minor children at home. Eligible families with children are encouraged to check out Cooking With Kids.
