Staff Annual Training

Cornell Cooperative Extension staff are required to participate in annual Sexual Harassment Prevention and Civil Rights Compliance training for the purpose of ensuring a safe, productive environment for all. These trainings must be completed as part of the orientation process before beginning work with CCE, and annually by September 30th.

• CCE Civil Rights Compliance
• The New York State Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Assessment Form (ny.gov) is intended to be used as a resource to supplement the NYS Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Video . The training video meets all state minimum training requirements except one: the video alone is not considered interactive. You must use this form as you watch the video to record your answers directly onto the PDF, or print a copy and record answers by hand. You then need to return your sheets to me upon completion of the training and retain a copy for your records.
