Cut Flowers, King Street Ballroom Rooms 6 & 8 9:15 am - 11:15 am

Vegetable Sessions (morning and afternoon), Town Hall 9:15 am - 3:40 pm

Agritourism Session, King Street Ballroom, 1:15 pm - 3:30 pm

When registering, please be sure to choose the correct cost option depending on your membership status with Eastern NY Commercial Horticulture and whether you will be attending one day or two.

Registration Rates: Pre-registration by February 14, 2024 is strongly encouraged and a great value.

CCE ENYCHP Member: Single day: $90 Two days: $150

Non ENYCHP Member: Single day: $130 Two days: $190

Additional Registrations from the same farm will save $10 per registration.

Walk-In Rates: (After February 14th including day of programs):

Single day: $140 Two days: $230

All registrants receive a delicious hot lunch buffet, beverages and dessert!

NYS DEC Pesticide Recertification Credits have been applied for! As soon as we hear back from DEC we will post the credits for each session that was eligible!

Lodging: Group Rate of $149.00/night per room at The Desmond Hotel and Conference Center
