Welcome & Introductions

Set 4H Advisory Meeting Dates for 2022

March 15th at 6:30 PM June 21st at 6:30 PM September 20th at 6:30 PM

Announcements

• Steven Sinniger (Otsego Co.) will continue to be on the committee & the Otsego County 4H board representative this year

• Cindy Powers (Otsego Co.) term is up, but will stay on for another term starting this year

• Lydia VanEvera (Schoharie Co.) term is up, Catherine is in the process of reaching out to see if she plans to continue being on the 4H advisory & Schoharie County 4H board representative

• Debra Stanton (Schoharie Co.) is new to the committee as of this year

• Patsy Nicosia (Schoharie Co.) is a possible new committee member this year

Discussion

4H Educator, Teresa began discussion regarding staffing concerns in both Otsego & Schoharie County 4H Youth Development Programs. Educators are responsible to manage large counties & volunteer base. Discussion regarding the need for additional staffing will occur in upcoming meetings.
