WHAT'S FOR DINNER?

July 5, 12, 19, 26, August 9, 16 (no class August 2), 4:30-5:30 p.m.

Join our nutrition educator, Kimberly, for a 6-week series of classes to learn about both the "why" of eating healthy and the "how". About one hour a week includes a short nutrition lesson and time for participants to create a dish together which they can then sample. The classes are free, supportive, fun, and interactive.

People under the age of 18 are welcome to attend along with a registered adult, but please note that age 8 and older are recommended (basic reading skills and ability to help create the dish will make it a more satisfying event for participating children).

Classes will be held in the large meeting room of the Middleburgh Reformed Church (178 River Street).

Classes begin promptly at 4:30pm; you may enter the class space beginning at 4:15pm.

Please let us know in advance if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions.

Please register at: Cornell Cooperative Extension - Event Registration for Programs
